Dr Saam Idelji-Tehrani
Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Saam Idelji-Tehrani qualified in medicine from St George's University of London in 2015 and has recently completed an MSc in Mental Health Research at UCL. Dr Idelji-Tehrani completed his Specialty Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the North East London/Great Ormond Street Hospital Scheme, where he was an Academic Clinical Fellow. Currently, Dr Idelji-Tehrani is a Consultant Paediatric Liaison Psychiatrist at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton and Conquest Hospital in Hastings.
Dr Idelji-Tehrani has several years' experience in specialist child and adolescent psychiatry, including neurodevelopmental disorders services in London. Dr Idelji-Tehrani is actively involved in clinical research. He has been published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented orally at international conferences. His primary academic interest is in young people’s use of digital technology.
